Blue Swing came out in 2000, and features many of "the usual suspects" found on Dan Barrett recordings: Jon-Erik Kelso, Eddie Erickson, Joel Forbes, Brian Ogilvie, and Jeff Hamilton, to name a few. The CD contains a great mix of swinging instrumentals featuring veteran Ray Sherman's Chicago-style piano, and more stand-out vocals by Becky Kilgore. Blue Swing also showcases Dan's unique arrangements of Love Potion Number Nine and Wedding Bell Blues, along with Eddie and Becky's oft-requested duet on Ces't Si Bon.

Released in 1998, Moon Song , features familiar names surrounding Dan Barrett: Bryan Shaw, Bucky Pizzarelli, Joel Forbes, Brian Ogilvie, Jeff Hamilton and Dave Frishberg, to name a few. The CD features Dan's original composition, With 'Em, and even has one track with Dan on the lead vocal, Georgianna. Becky Kilgore sings on five of the thirteen tracks.

Jeff Hamilton is a long-time musical cohort of Dan Barrett and the extended Blue Swing family. He has two CDs on Blue Swing Fine Recordings, both coming out in the year 2007. If Dreams Come True features Bill Carter and Bobby Gordon on clarinet, Dan Barrett on trombone and cornet, Bryan Shaw on cornet and flugelhorn with vocals by Rebecca Kilgore and Eddie Erickson. Here is the second authorized release by the legendary Sunset Music Company. This two-CD set presents the full concert the band played in Arnhem, the Netherlands, while on their third European tour. The personnel is the same as on the previously issued Blue Swing CD of the band's night in Dusseldorf (BSR 009), except: John "Butch" Smith, an exciting soprano and alto sax phenomenon--originally from Kansas City--replaced clarinetist Bill Carter, who had fallen ill with pneumonia during the tour.
